Just shy of a month ago, the Richmond City Commission voted to approve an order that would potentially expand Gill Industries Inc. through a grant tax incentive program by 30 to 40 jobs. Tuesday night, they approved a similar order, but this was for Project Red Zone, a company within an existing manufacturing facility in Richmond.

WELLS, Vermont — A crash just over the state line from Granville critically injured a Vermont woman late Saturday.

Last August, the city of Richmond applied for a grounds assessment grant for the old armory building on Second Street, and as of last Tuesday, the city was awarded with the grant to be able to determine the future of the site.
