Eastern Kentucky University will host its spring graduation ceremonies outside this year at Roy Kidd Stadium on May 13 at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
The 10 a.m. ceremony will feature students from the College of Business, College of Education & Applied Human Sciences, and the College of Letters, Arts, & Social Sciences.
Later that afternoon at 3 p.m., seniors from the College of Justice, Safety, & Military Science, College of Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics, and the College of Health Sciences will walk across the stage.
According to EKU, graduates may invite an unlimited number of guests to attend commencement ceremonies. Guests are asked to park in the Alumni Coliseum parking lot.
Ceremonies will proceed rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, the makeup date for both ceremonies is Saturday, May 14 at the same scheduled times. If severe weather conditions continue on May 14, ceremonies will be moved to Alumni Coliseum for graduates only. In this occurrence, guests will be unable to attend due to limited capacity in Alumni Coliseum.
