Adam Edelen, Democratic candidate for Kentucky Governor, will be visiting campus to speak with students in the John Grant Crabbe library in room 128 at 3 p.m. on April 23. Edelen will be discussing issues like tuition costs, suitable living wages, climate change and equality and equity in the Commonwealth. Students who attend will also be provided free pizza. The Alphabet Center is sponsoring.

According to Edelen’s website, his campaign focuses on the rising cost of raising a family, insufficient minimum wage, outdated education systems, lack of affordable healthcare and ensuring equality across Kentucky.

The Edelen-Holland campaign is run through supporter’s donations, with no funding from special interest groups or PCAs.
