Eastern Kentucky libraries will be hosting their annual Scholar’s Week, April 8 to 12.

According to the website, EKUscholars.eku.edu, Scholars Week celebrates the culture of scholarship, research and creative endeavors on campus.

The library will host a diverse series of events highlighting the scholarship and creativity of students and their faculty mentors at Eastern Kentucky University.

The week kicks off with a seminar on “How to obtain University-Funded Scholarship through the University Research Committee” in the Noel Studio Discovery Classroom from noon to 1:00 p.m.

On Tuesday, the Alumni Spotlight will include presentations from Nathaniel Bullock and Lee Strokes.

This will be at the Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning at 5:30 p.m. The popular event Archives After Dark Student Showcase will be on Thursday in the Noel Studio Discovery Classroom from 5 to 6 p.m. The full schedule for all events

The main EKU Library is located in the John Grant Crabbe building and the Thomas and Hazel Little building with expansion for the Noel Studio for Academic Creativity. 

Other library locations on campus are the Elizabeth Baker Music Library in the Foster building and the Business Library and Academic Commons in the Business and Technology Center.
