Students packed Brock Auditorium on Thursday, April 23, to see this year's sold out SAC spring concert. The concert boasted a quadruple lineup consisting of opening bands The Veer Union and Black Stone Cherry, followed by Theory of a Dead Man and headliner, Hinder.

Tickets for the concert were sold on a first-come, first-serve basis and were available at the Richmond, Corbin, Danville and Manchester campuses. Tickets were also available online through Ticketmaster. Tickets were $10 for Eastern students, faculty and staff. Student Activities Council concerts chair Stevie Meek said SAC sold a total of 1,640 tickets. Meek said about 70 people helped work the event as event staff and security.

The doors opened at 6 p.m. The show began at 7 p.m. with The Veer Union taking the stage. The show ended at around 11:30 p.m. with an encore performance by Hinder of Get Stoned.
