Café Burrier will open Thursday, September 14, at noon. It is located inside the Burrier Building third floor.

The menu will include black bean and corn salsa with homemade tortilla chips, breaded pork chop with mustard sauce, bacon mac n’ cheese, steamed zucchini and summer squash and chocolate mousse.

Café Burrier is operated and managed by dietetic students as part of the Quantity Foods class. Chef Sangwook Kang supervises the students.

It costs $10 to participate and eat a three-course meal. Online reservations can be made up to 24 hours before each meal. Reservations can be made through Reservations are required, to inquire about additional seating call 859-622-3445.
