Drake Freshman of the Week second straight time
Monday, the OVC named Kayla Drake OVC Freshman of the Week for the second consecutive week and the fifth time overall.Drake aveaged 17.5 points per game during the week and is averaging 15.9 points a game this season, fifth-best in the OVC.

Camacho named freshman of the week
Freshman forward Jorge Camacho was named OVC Freshman of the Week on Monday.

The Mexico native averaged 13 points and 5.5 rebounds in two games this past week.

This is the second time he has recieced freshman honors.

Cole named first-team academic
Junior Colette Cole was named First Team Academic All-District Tuesday by the College Sports Information Directors of America.

Cole has a GPA of 4.0 and is majoring in sports managment with a business minor.

On the court, she is avergaing 9.7 points a game and 6.1 rebounds.
