Derek M. Begley, 22, of Richmond, was arrested for and charged with operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. Sham M. Russell, 20, of Mt. Sterling, was charged with possession of marijuana. Police found 4.3 grams in his possession.

Brian S. Roberts, 19, of Teaberry was charged with and arrested for possession of marijuana. Police found .5 grams in his possession.

March 16
Andrew R. Hall, 20, of Lexington, and Richard B. Miller, 19, of Harrodsburg were charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police found less than .1 gram in possession.

Steven Walton reported his car had been taken while it was parked in front of the computer lab at Brockton.

March 17
Emily Carey reported she and her roommate had money stolen from their room in Case Hall. She said they left their room, and upon returning she had $10 missing and her roommate had $20 missing.

Percy Kirk, front desk worker for Commonwealth Hall, reported a fire extinguisher had been partially discharged in the residence hall.

March 18
Steven A. Walters, 19, of Todd Hall, was charged with possession of a controlled substance in the third degree unspecified.

Chad R. Walling, 20, of Irvine, was charged with possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. Police found 40 cans of Natural Light in the room in Todd Hall.

Dana Rigney reported her wallet missing from the Java City area in the Powell Building. In her wallet was Rigney’s social security card, her driver’s permit and $40 cash.

Doug Hall, residence hall coordinator, reported a fire extinguisher had been partially discharged at Commonwealth Hall.

Lindsay A. Bonds, 19, of Westchester, Ohio, was arrested for and charged with alcohol intoxication.

March 19
Ryan P. Pruisman, 18, of Gray, was arrested for and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

Christina R. Drake, 18, of Greenville, was arrested for and charged with alcohol intoxication. This was her third offense in 12 months, according to police.
